  • Increased activity of antioxidant enzymes: CAT by 22.88%, SOD by 26.02%.
  • A reduction in malondialdehyde (MDA) levels, a marker of oxidative stress, by 16.67%.
  • Tissue changes in the liver: The livers of mice treated with AAM showed almost normal structure with no significant signs of inflammation or damage.

The studies demonstrated that AAM enhances the activity of enzymes that help metabolize alcohol faster and reduce its toxicity, decreases free radicals in the liver, and improves its self-healing ability.
