Survey results among “Kolo Hrybiv” clients: how exactly is red fly agaric used?

Red fly agaric is not just a mushroom. It is a natural tool for restoring nervous system balance, supporting energy, and managing stress.

To better understand how our clients approach its use, we conducted a survey among our audience on Instagram and Telegram.

What course formats do you usually use for fly agaric?

The most popular option was occasional use “from time to time” — chosen by 58.7% of respondents.  
This indicates trust in the mushroom as a form of “quick support” — when the nervous system becomes overwhelmed, fly agaric helps restore balance.

Second place — courses lasting 1–3 months (32%). This approach is most often used for working with sleep, anxiety, and stabilizing the psycho-emotional state.  
Continuous use for more than six months is rare. Only 5.3% of participants chose this option.

How long do you take fly agaric continuously?

Most often, the course lasts from 1 to 3 months — 47.3% of respondents.  
Another 33% use it for up to 1 month as an initial adaptation phase.

Longer periods (3–6 months, 6–12 months, and over a year) together accounted for less than 20%, which is quite logical: most clients achieve a stable effect within 3 months.

Which dosage is the most popular?

◾️ 0.5–0.9 g — the most common choice (30.7%)  
◾️ 1–1.4 g — 26.1%  
◾️ 0–0.4 g — 22.7%  

This means that more than 79% of participants choose microdosing or moderate dosing, focusing on safe adaptation.  
Higher doses — 1.5–2 g (11.4%) and 2+ g (9.1%) — already require a clear understanding of individual sensitivity.

What does this tell us?

Most of our clients approach red fly agaric consciously and without extremes.  
People test, listen to themselves, choose safe dosages, and do not overextend the duration.

And most interestingly:

A large proportion of respondents do not return to repeat courses earlier than 6 months later — which means the results are truly long-lasting, without “emotional rollbacks” or imbalance.  
And this is precisely the result of our approach. We do not assign the same regimen to everyone. For each client, we select instructions individually, taking into account their symptoms, goals, nervous system condition, sensitivity to mushrooms, and related issues. This comprehensive approach provides truly deep and long-term results — not just “for a few days,” but with real improvements in quality of life.
