Description
The complex for support during alcohol cessation combines red fly agaric (Amanita muscaria) in capsules, standardized Lion’s Mane mushroom extract (Hericium erinaceus), and Reishi spore oil (Ganoderma lucidum). The formula is focused on three areas that are especially important when changing alcohol-related habits: the nervous system and sleep, cognitive recovery, liver support, and antioxidant protection.
Regular alcohol consumption affects not only the liver. Prolonged alcohol load changes the functioning of brain neurotransmitter systems related to GABA, glutamate, and the reward system. After reducing or stopping alcohol intake, a person may experience inner tension, irritability, sleep disturbances, and a strong desire to return to the habitual pattern of behavior.
Red fly agaric in this complex is primarily associated with nervous system support. Its key neuroactive compound, muscimol, is an agonist of GABA-A receptors – part of the brain’s natural inhibitory system, which is involved in regulating neuronal excitation, relaxation, and sleep. Through this mechanism, muscimol is of scientific interest for studying conditions associated with excessive nervous excitation.
Lion’s Mane mushroom shifts the focus from calming to supporting neuroplasticity and cognitive functions. Erinacine A is associated with stimulation of nerve growth factor (NGF), while Hericium erinaceus itself has been studied in relation to memory, concentration, psycho-emotional state, and the nervous system. This makes it a logical part of the complex during a period when it is important to restore clarity of thinking and normal mental performance.
Reishi spore oil with a triterpene concentration of 48% complements the formula with support for the liver, antioxidant system, and adaptation to stress. The liver takes on the main metabolic load when processing alcohol, and prolonged alcohol use is accompanied by oxidative stress and changes in the inflammatory response.
As a result, the complex covers not one separate issue, but several areas of recovery relevant after prolonged alcohol load: the nervous system, sleep, cognitive functions, psycho-emotional balance, and the liver.
Active components of the complex
Muscimol from Amanita muscaria – an agonist of GABA-A receptors, through which inhibition and excitation processes in the central nervous system are regulated.
Erinacine A from Hericium erinaceus – a bioactive compound of Lion’s Mane associated with stimulation of nerve growth factor (NGF) and support of neuroplasticity.
Lion’s Mane β-glucans and polysaccharides – provide antioxidant, immune, and adaptive support.
Reishi triterpenes – bioactive fat-soluble compounds of Ganoderma lucidum associated with antioxidant protection, liver support, and regulation of the cellular response to stress.
Main properties of the complex
Course-based use of the complex is aimed at:
☘️ supporting the nervous system during the period of changing alcohol-related habits;
☘️ supporting the natural balance of excitation and inhibition processes in the nervous system;
☘️ reducing the feeling of inner tension;
☘️ supporting normal sleep and recovery;
☘️ supporting psycho-emotional balance;
☘️ supporting memory, concentration, and clarity of thinking;
☘️ supporting neuroplasticity;
☘️ recovery after prolonged physical and psycho-emotional exhaustion;
☘️ liver support after alcohol load;
☘️ antioxidant protection of cells;
☘️ support of the body’s natural adaptive mechanisms.
Why red fly agaric, Lion’s Mane, and Reishi spore oil are combined in one complex
With prolonged alcohol use, the load affects the nervous system, brain, liver, and recovery mechanisms at the same time. Therefore, the components of the complex have different functional directions.
Red fly agaric – support of GABAergic mechanisms of the nervous system associated with neuronal excitation, relaxation, and sleep.
Lion’s Mane mushroom – support of neuroplasticity, memory, concentration, and cognitive recovery.
Reishi spore oil – support of the liver, antioxidant protection, and the body’s adaptation to prolonged stress load.
This makes it possible to work with several areas of support at the same time, without reducing alcohol recovery to only one organ or one mechanism.

Recommended course of treatment
Red fly agaric
Due to individual sensitivity to Amanita muscaria, the dosage is selected gradually according to the product’s separate instructions. Do not exceed the recommended amount.
Starting dosage: 1 capsule per day.
Directions for use: take in the morning on an empty stomach, 10–15 minutes before meals.
During the first 3 days, it is recommended to assess the body’s individual response. If well tolerated, the dosage may be increased by 1 capsule every 3 days until the desired effect is achieved.
Recommended individual dose: 2–5 capsules per day, depending on the body’s sensitivity and the intended goal.
Maximum daily dose: 5 capsules (2 g).
Lion’s Mane mushroom
Dosage: 3 capsules per day.
Directions for use: take in the morning before meals with water.
Reishi spore oil
Dosage: 1–2 capsules per day.
